Please note, Transformations requires 48 hours’ notice should you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment a 50% fee maybe charged (excluding day spa, where days can not be cancelled or transferred and are confirmed at booking).

If you have the COVID-19 virus, please let us know as soon as possible and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment free of charge.

A course of treatments must be paid in full to qualify for offers that are available at the time of booking, they are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for another treatment(s). Transformations does not refund the cost of a course of treatments following this treatment.

A non-refundable Booking Fee of £35- £50 will apply for all treatments over £55 to secure your appointment.

An allergy test may be required for some treatments.

Transformations Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and are non-transferrable or refundable.

Aftercare Advise

Following your treatment today.

Day 1
Do not use any other products to avoid scarring.
Do not get the treated area wet.
Do not exfoliate the treated area.
Do not swim, use a sauna, steam room or hot tub.
• Drink at least 2 litres of water to avoid the skin becoming dehydrated.

Day 2
• You can now wet the area, restart your cleansing regime and wear makeup.
Do not use any products (including makeup) that contain acids or retinol in its ingredients for 2 weeks following this procedure.
• Mineral makeup is recommended applied with a clean brush.
Do not pick the treated area.
• Drink at least 2 litres of water daily to avoid the skin becoming dehydrated.

After some treatments, it is usual to experience some swelling after treatment (particularly the eye area) you may feel like you have very mild sunburn and the skin may feel tight. This is part of the healing process and will pass. Paracetamol can be taken (unless under the guidance of your GP or specialist) to ease any mild discomfort, if necessary. Always wash your hands/makeup brushes thoroughly before touching the area or applying makeup.

If you have any queries or concerns regarding the treatment aftercare, or would like us to examine the area at the clinic, please contact us. It is rare to develop an infection after treatment, but should the area become infected, please contact your GP immediately and also contact us on the details below so that we can update your treatment form and monitor closely.
